Das 1998 erbaute Haus hat 3 Schlafzimmer, ein Büro, 2 Bäder, einen elektrisch beheizten Pool und eine große Terrasse mit Südlage. Restaurants und Geschäfte liegen unweit entfernt, doch ist die Wohnlage selber absolut ruhig und idyllisch. Kleine Hunde sind hier ebenfalls willkommen.
